What to write about
- Something does not work or does not open.
- You found a mistake in a dictionary entry or in an HSK set — name the word.
- A confirmation or password reset email never arrived.
- You want your account and its sets deleted.
- You have an idea for something the app is missing.
Mistakes in a set are easiest to point out by the word list page — the HSK word lists: name the word and the level.
Personal data
Account deletion, withdrawal of consent and any other data questions go to the same address. What the app collects is described in the privacy policy — it is in Russian, as it follows Russian law; write to us if you need it explained in English.
